How can I track the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order by sending a text message to your mobile number.
And by going to the My Orders page > select the required order > Track the order
When will my shipment arrive?
If the order status is in progress:
For orders inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it takes three to five working days.
For orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within ten days.
