Exchange and Return Policy

Mas Store is keen to preserve the rights of its customers through the policy of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The time period for resolving any problem faced by the customer ranges between 3-5 working days in the same city as the store, and 5-10 working days outside the city of the store.
The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition with all its accessories.
If you wish to replace or return a product without a manufacturing defect (the customer bears the shipping costs)
If the product to be replaced is not available, the customer will be contacted to replace it with another product if the customer desires.
If the buyer requests a return of the product, the shipping fees will not be refunded because they have already been collected by the shipping company. Therefore, we will only refund the product amount.
If a product arrives that is not what was ordered from the store and the store made a mistake in preparing the order, the store will bear all shipping and replacement costs.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer to Al Rajhi Bank or to any other Saudi bank within 5 working days ( we will refund the price of the product (item) only, minus the electronic payment fees)

Not receiving the order:

We strive to deliver products to you as quickly as possible. However, if the customer does not receive the order or does not respond to the shipping company, they will be responsible for the cost of returning the shipment to the store, according to the shipping policy price.

Warranty Policy:

The transparent Mas case is guaranteed against any noticeable change in the color of the case for a period of one year (the customer bears the shipping fees)
All electronic products are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase, and the customer has the right to replace the product in the event of manufacturing defects.
